Shabu-shabu beef goes well with Sesame sauce. You can also serve with potatoes

Shabu-shabu beef Salad

How to make

1) Cut Beef to bite-sized pieces, boil and allow it to cool down. Cut potatoes into semi-circles of 1.5cm thickness and place potatoes onto heat-resistant plate. Cling-wrap and microwave under strong heat. Allow it to cool down after that.
2) Pick out the tender parts of watercress. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
3) Place 1) and 2) decoratively onto prepared dishes. Sprinkle fried onions over and serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce.
